Josephine’s fundraising bouquet program brings together locally grown flowers and community support. Your members invite friends, family and neighbours to purchase a seasonal bouquet subscription, while a portion of the sales goes directly to your organization.

Fundraising opportunities are offered during select parts of our growing season and are subject to availability.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Fundraiser

We’ll help you select an available bouquet subscription and sales period that works for your organization and you get back a portion of each sale! (not applicable to gift cards)

2. Share It With Your Community

We will provide digital promotional materials and clear online ordering information to make sharing your fundraiser easy.

3. Supporters Order Their Flowers

Friends, family, and community members purchase their bouquet subscriptions online at www.josephinefarm.ca during the designated sales period and enter your club's code at checkout.

4. Enjoy the Flowers — and the Funds Raised

Supporters receive freshly gathered, seasonal bouquets, and your organization receives an agreed-upon portion of eligible sales. *Pickup at the Farm or a location of your choice*

Each subscription features a collection of freshly gathered bouquets inspired by what is blooming beautifully in our fields.

Every bouquet is unique and may include different varieties, colours and textures as the season unfolds. It’s a lovely way for supporters to enjoy locally grown flowers while making a meaningful contribution to your group.

Bouquet sizes, subscription dates, fundraising proceeds and pickup or distribution arrangements will be confirmed when your program is planned.

  • Coordinated pickup or group distribution arrangements

We’ll work with one designated organizer from your group to keep communication clear and the process running smoothly.

CELEBRATE THEIR MOMENT — AND SUPPORT THEIR CLUB

Make recital, showcase, and performance day even more memorable with locally grown flowers for the performers. Booking now for 2027.

From May through October, Josephine Flower Farm partners with dance schools, gymnastics clubs, schools and community organizations to offer charming seasonal bouquets for their special events. Families pre-order online, collect their flowers conveniently at the venue and help support the participating organization with every purchase.

PLAN FLOWERS FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE - HOW IT WORKS:

  1. We create a dedicated online ordering page for your event, complete with bouquet photographs, ordering details, and your organization’s pickup information.
  2. Your organization shares the ordering link with participating families. We handle the orders, payments, bouquet preparation and event delivery.
  3. Every bouquet is designed with seasonal flowers grown and gathered at our farm. Flower varieties and colours will reflect what is blooming beautifully at the time of your event.
  4. For qualifying events, we can also create a staffed Josephine floral pop-up in the lobby, where families collect their pre-orders.
  5. A portion of every qualifying bouquet purchase is returned directly to your organization.
