After your order is received, we will email a digital proof to the email address used at checkout. Please review all names, dates, spelling, capitalization and punctuation carefully.

One digital proof and one round of minor corrections are included. Production begins after your proof has been approved, so please reply promptly to avoid delaying your order.

Because each order is personalized, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or contains an error made by Josephine Flower Farm.

Every flower is grown, hand-picked and carefully dried at Josephine Flower Farm. Because these are real flowers, colours, shapes, sizes, scents and textures will naturally vary. No two pouches will be exactly alike—and we think that is part of their beauty.

Petal availability and exact tones vary with the growing season. We will thoughtfully select the closest available petals to reflect your chosen palette, but exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized petal-confetti orders require a four-week production period and are scheduled to arrive approximately one week before your celebration date.

Please place your order at least six weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for proof approval, production and delivery.

Rush orders are not available. Delayed proof approval may affect the production and shipping schedule.

Tracked shipping is calculated at checkout according to your destination and the size of your order.

Complimentary pickup is available from Josephine Flower Farm in Lincoln or in Oakville, Ontario. Select pickup during checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Please ensure your shipping address, including any unit number, is complete and correct. Josephine Flower Farm is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address.

Keep your petal pouches sealed and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity until your celebration.

Do not refrigerate or freeze the petals. Keep the pouches indoors until shortly before your ceremony, particularly on humid, rainy or windy days.

The petals may settle slightly during shipping. Gently shake or redistribute the contents before displaying the pouches.

Petals are intended for decorative use only.

Many churches and event venues permit natural flower-petal confetti, but policies vary. Please confirm that your ceremony location allows dried petals before ordering.

Some venues require petals to be swept, raked or removed after the celebration. Cleanup arrangements are the customer’s responsibility.

Changes or cancellations may be requested up to four weeks before the celebration date.

Orders become final and non-refundable within four weeks of the event because personalization, printing and preparation will already be underway.
