Perfect for weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, reunions, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions, each sign is customized with your wording and thoughtfully arranged to complement your celebration.

Your message is arranged in two sections:

• Top section: Up to two lines
• Bottom section: Up to two lines

Black lettering is included as the standard option. A custom lettering colour may be selected for an additional $15.

Before the sign is prepared, you will receive a digital proof showing the proposed wording and layout for your approval.

Seasonal Florals Included

Every sign rental includes fresh seasonal floral styling created with flowers and foliage available from our farm.

You may share your event colour palette with us, and we will use it as inspiration wherever possible. Because our flowers are grown seasonally, exact colours and varieties will vary. Each arrangement will be designed in Josephine’s natural, garden-inspired style.

How It Works

1. Reserve your date
   Select your event date and provide the requested rental details.

2. Personalize your sign
   Enter up to two lines for the top section and up to two lines for the bottom section. Choose standard black lettering or add a custom colour.

3. Approve your design
   We will email a digital proof for your approval before preparing the sign.

4. Enjoy your celebration
   Pick up your finished sign and return it at the agreed time—or arrange delivery and collection when available.

Before You Reserve

• Please book at least two weeks before your event.
• Wording must fit within the available sign layout and may be adjusted slightly for spacing and readability with your approval.
• Custom lettering colour (other than black) is an additional $15.
• Seasonal florals are included; exact flower varieties and colours cannot be guaranteed.
• Outdoor use is permitted only in suitable weather and on stable ground.
• The sign and display materials remain the property of Josephine Flower Farm.
• A refundable damage deposit of $100 is required.
• Additional charges may apply for damage, loss or late return.
